RETURNS POLICY
Guides New Zealand will only accept returns for the following:
- Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery
- Goods supplied incorrectly
- Goods that vary from their description on the website
This policy observes obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986).
REFUNDS
Whenever possible, Guides New Zealand will repair or replace any damaged or faulty goods; otherwise a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods.

Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip that accompanied your order. The invoice and packing slip also provide an area where you can indicate why you are returning any goods. If you are unable to provide a copy of the invoice or packing slip, include a note containing your name, address, order number, contact phone number, and reason for return.
You will be notified by email when your returned is received.
